Brittany has found yoga to be
a beautiful gift in her life and she feels blessed to have the opportunity to
share her passion with other students of yoga. Brittany
is a certified social worker and has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Utah.
Until finding yoga, Brittany
felt unfulfilled as how to best offer her skills to provide healing and growth
to others. Using breath, intention and asana, Brittany has found a unique peace and
stillness on her own journey that has remained unmatched. Using her
education, life experience and 500 hours of teacher
certification training, Brittany
strives to create an inviting space for her students to gather in
community. Brittany
sees each class as an opportunity to join with her students on their individual
paths and feels that the physical postures are a mere means to achieve what she
hopes her students will find within themselves. Acknowledging intuition and the
higher self, she hopes to help others heal
emotional pain, discover mental clarity and find existential truth.

Claudette- is a mother of four. She was initially drawn to Yoga by the way it allowed her to move her body into different and challenging poses, surprised at how long she could hold them. During Savasana she would make lists, etc, until that shifted for her. Through the practice of Yoga, Claudette began to listen to her body more and learn to unplug from her daily life to enjoy the solitude of Yoga Practice. She gained her 200 and 500 hour RYT training with Corena Hammer and D’ana Baptiste. She resonates with Vinyasa Flow linking the breath and the pose and being aware of the connection between them. Claudette invites you to pull up a yoga mat and ride the waves of your own breath and flow with her.

practice, bringing energy and balance to each session. As a Native
American, Laura appreciates the way yoga focuses on love and light, energy and
universe. She enjoys bringing the core strengths and inner peace of yoga to students as they are gifts for
life!
